Vi bare måtte se dem før vi ble borte i 6 uker i Israel. Og de tok utfordringen og kom til oss i helgen (fra Vestfold). Mina hadde bestilt sjokoladekake, for hun skulle egentlig vært i bursdag. Så det ble en aktiv helg, med puslespill, lego (jeg har tatt vare på en hel plastkasse med lego fra våre barn), tur på lekeplassen med kakao og niste, en titt innom lekestua for å hente dukkevogn og dukke til å ha med på turen, og ta ut en liten tohjulssykkel som Sindre måtte prøve. Det ble god trim for mormor. Og Even minstemann koste seg veldig når han fikk fri adgang til kjøkkenskapet og en skuff med bakeredskaper. Onkel Benjamin var en tålmodig puslepartner. Vi må jo riktig ta det helt ut når det er så sjelden vi ser dem. Og nå skal det bli godt med ferie!! Ha det så lenge!We simply had to see them before we went away for 6 weeks in Israel. And they accepted the challenge and came for the week-end (from Vestfold). Mina had asked for chocolate cake, she had been invited for a birthday-party back home on saturday. So we spent a very active weekend, with puzzle, Lego (I have taken care of a plastic box with Lego from my own children), a walk to the playground with cocoa and packed lunch, a trip to the little playhouse in our garden to get the doll's pram for the trip, and take out a small twowheels bicykle which Sindre had to try out. It was good exercise for grandmother. And Even, the youngest lad, had a very good time when he was given free access to the kitchen cupboard and a drawer with baking tools. Uncle Benjamin was a patient puzzle partner.
We just have to get the most out of it, when we see them so seldom.
